I bought batteries and returned them. I found them $3 cheaper at Walmart. The return was good The salesperson had an excellent attitude. I believe his name was sal, thank you. But my initial purchase was with a Hispanic man who said, Hey Bud, what's your phone number?Sorry , I don't respond to that language
