The energy surrounding the store is highly unprofessional and negative. There is one specific woman who works there, she seems to be in a manager position named Kim who is very nasty towards the workers and occasionally customers. I used to love Marshall’s but with the current state of it nobody should be supporting this location.

i was there a few days ago and that manager (i think her name said kim) is a rude nasty human being im never ever going back to this place again. id rather just go a little further away than to face that woman again. terrible customer service.

This location is so nice! The employees are so nice and helpful! I really like how the name brand purses have a security lock on them. At first I was annoyed, but looking back I enjoy the safeness of it. In the makeup area all of the product is put away nice and very organized compared to other locations. Overall, this was a good experience!
