Went to get a plug in my tire was told I needed a new one. Not sure if I believe them.
They took off all my tires instead of just the one they were replacing then started telling me that I’m gonna need brakes. I just got my car inspected last week then I asked him at what percentage my brakes are at. They said 80% if it was at 80%, why would you try to sell me brakes. Don’t trust them, always go to a mom and pop repair shop! Learned my lesson!

Made appointment for inspection , called ahead to confirmed as I was pressed for time. Got there and was told there were 3 inspections ahead of me. Wouldn’t start for hour and a half or so. I asked what’s the pint of the appointment. Was told the other people made appointments too. Not sure of the logic of that, don’t think they comprehend what appointments are for. They seemed happy I couldn’t wait and had to leave. If you value your time, avoid this place.

Do not bring your vehicle here staff and management out unprofessional. They will try and take advantage of you. They crushed my door and didn’t fix correctly and they don’t care. I called corporate they threw Mickey’s name out there and no one did nothing. They made it seem they did me a favor. Corporate did nothing. So be aware not to bring here. So they say my door is fixed have to slam so it closes. The owner of this location tells me to call corporate am still nothing was done.. I called corporate again they did nothing as owner told me to call. I am now calling better business bureau this location should close they are so shady

Went in for a car inspection and the worker Jose was very helpful. Will definitely keep coming back to this location. Everyone was nice and cared for my car. Other locations gave me a bad experience. But Shirley Mavis gets a green check in my book ✅

I can't say enough good things about the staff and the results were terrific. I had an emergency situation needing to get an inspection done quickly - just pulled in to see if they could do it - and not only did they do it with the alacrity of a Formula 1 pit crew, they did it with a smile and some friendly banter. Thank you so much and by all means go here if you're considering it!

1 star is not even worth it! I had an 11:00 appointment. Got there, and literally waited in front the counter before Juan (guy with cross earring) to even acknowledge me. Meanwhile, he was behind the counter the entire time. I totally understand he was on the computer and getting paperwork, but at least say something like 'hey, I'll be with you in a minute '. Some type of acknowledgement. When he finally decided he wanted to ask me what I needed, I told him I have an appointment for 11 for an inspection. He told me they're busy. What sense was it making an appointment then driving all the way out there?? Total waste of time. Also, can someone please teach Juan proper customer service.
