Ryan offered to find the food, bring it to the register and after my purchase, he also brought it out to my car. “I used to have a freshwater aquarium and decided to start the hobby again, this time I wanted to try a saltwater aquarium. I saw great reviews at Aqua Hut and I was not disappointed. I met Ryan and he answered all my questions and put me on the right path to start a saltwater aquarium from the tank and stand, down to the filter canisters, salt and sand. He was very patient and gave me the expert advice I needed. I also met Don, who I’m guessing is the owner. A true gentleman and fish connoisseur. My saltwater tank is up and running. There’s so many fish to choose from, both saltwater and freshwater fish. I already added fish to my tank and it’s a beautiful thing. Thank you for all the help guys.”

Neptune has been in business a long time, being a long time customer, they go above and beyond for customers, the guys that work there are very helpful, and Jen ?always gets my orders done promptly and is very kind, i recently experienced an issue I did not expect Lyndsey to be so understanding of, and I take full responsibility for not addressing the issue much earlier, Lyndsey was beyond fair and was understanding of the situation and resolved it. I am grateful to her for being who she is, honest kind and is committed to maintaining professional customer relationships, I’d like to thank her husband Tyler who on more than one occasion can often be found helping customers and his input was very helpful, some of us are not big barns that make huge purchases, and I feel Lyndsey had never lost sight of us little back yard customers she cares about as much as the big barns. EVERY customer is important to her and I value and respect that so much. Thank you Neptune for delivering the BEST service to all of us that depend on your expertise, prompt deliveries and the best customer service. “Great pet supplies, we found a better (grain-free) diet for our cat here. Need milk replacement for your baby goat? Or is your dog in need of a bath? Tractor Supply has you covered. Also a smartly-stocked hardware store, very practical (not what some corporate genius in another state decides for you). You don't need to own a tractor to become a regular here.”
