Old pharmacies of the past are gone. Everything is electronic, and yet it takes ten times longer. When they don't have a medication, they don't notify you or the doctor to prescribe an alternate. If they need insurance information, they don't call you to get it, they just forget about you. I find it amusing that there are right aid owner responses on these things reviews. All of which telling you to call some 800 number just to shut you up and let you think somebody hears your complaint. It's bad enough that you have to fear the dregs that surround the rite aid and Walgreens stores but add t that not getting your medications and the sparkling personalities of their employees. There used to be a day where if you were rude to a customer, you were fired.

for some reason 99% of the employees at this pharmacy have a bad attitude problem. very nasty to customers, seems very disgruntled and agitated to be working and helping anyone in need. the one guy I assume the pharmacist, seems like an angry ticking time bomb, it’s very disheartening and makes me very uncomfortable.

They lock bathrooms and deny they are in violation of the law. Staff is rude.

Pharmacy staff was rude. I called from a doctors office asking for information about a script I would possibly be sending over. The staff was rude and patronizing.

Called to get an estimated time of when my scripts would be ready. I am home sick and was trying coordinate picking them up. Received a very unprofessional, unhelpful remarkfrom the pharmacy representative on the phone. She actually hung up on me. Will be moving any further prescriptions to my local Walgreens.

When a meditation is out of stock they don't notify the patient leaving the patient in limbo. You have to hound them as to why .

I recently came here for a bottle of cough medicine. After not purchasing the same bottle at the supermarket, I figured it would be cheaper at Rite Aid. Wrong. The same bottle was $3 more. To me they have overpriced items so they deserve to have financial problems. They did it to themselves!
