They don't put the paper at the pump to print out the receipt for long time, and they said they don't have time, really? They don't have a few minutes, it's very inconvenient, after you have to go inside to ask for receipt

Had the unfortunate experience of attempting to get gas from this station twice. First time, it scanned my CC, read the card, then said remove card..the usual... so then I grabbed the pump and tried to pump gas into my tank. Nothing happens. Look up and apparently there was a problem with the card reader as it said to see cashier.
I know 100% for sure there is zero problems with my card, so I put pump back, cancel, and drive around to another pump. Now it won't accept the card from the get-go telling me to see the cashier. So I say OK let me just cancel this, and use my debit card which I also know is 100% good. Same thing, it wants me to see cashier.
All said and done wasted a good 10 minutes of my time, and caused me to be late to work. Pulled out went next store to the BP station, the pump reader accepted my card immediately with no issues at all.
Fast forward weeks later I figure I'll give Shell another try. Pull into an open pump, get out pop open my gas door, unscrew the cap etc, get ready to use my card and the screen says keypad not working. I'm like you gotta be kidding me! So I said screw this place, left and went to BP again.
Whoever manages this place needs to get their equipment working properly. This was 3 separate pumps I had tried. Is it done on purpose to get you to come inside to hopefully buy something in the Bolla market? I don't know but regardless of the reason it's extremely frustrating, and they lost my business. I'm local and was going to use this as my new regular station and I only use premium 93 too. Shame.

There at price war with BP next door, updated January 2025 nice people good station good prices but the phone number is not correct will try to get correct number and post it, have not had any problem with any employees but will certainly keep an ear out and post if I do

I am constantly harassed by the night shift attendant, who hides his name tag (from 8 PM onwards). I only refuel my vehicle with SHELL gas and have been a loyal customer since this gas station opened.
This attendant is very obnoxious, impolite, unprofessional, and disrespectful, exhibiting a negative and dismissive attitude, especially when I try to use my SHELL Fuel Rewards and GasBuddy Rewards. He shows no patience and seems upset that I use my reward points. On one occasion, he even shooed me away, telling me to “go to another gas station” when I insisted on using my SHELL and GasBuddy rewards.
Just last night, when I tried to use my SHELL and GasBuddy rewards, this same attendant was unable to process my debit card. It kept saying “invalid” or “declined.” To avoid dealing with him, I attempted to use the direct payment option at the pump, but that was also rejected with the same “invalid” or “declined” message, even though my phone number is the correct password and alternative code.
Oddly enough, after multiple failed attempts, I suddenly became able to make a purchase with that same debit card, as if everything had just aligned perfectly

I bought a lottery ticket I scratched it off and he scanned and said I didnt win I didn’t see that i didn’t win I toke his word for it and left and felt very angry it usually comes up on the computer this time it didn’t I felt very disappointed and don’t know if I want too go back there I think he should have bought me another one😣
