I needed four new tires and an alignment, and this shop came in nearly two hundred dollars less than five other places I checked. Their pricing was more than reasonable, and the staff and mechanics were accommodating and pleasant from start to finish. I had an appointment, everything ran smoothly, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

So mad! After finally finding the right person to manage STS Tire in Shirley, I found out he's no longer there. Dave was a great manager and when I went in a few days ago to make an appointment, I was told by the lady at the desk that Dave was transferred to another store. When I asked where, she wouldn't tell me, so I left. My husband found out that the lady lied to me and Dave was fired for something we don't believe he did. Sounds like they are trying to keep Dave's customers that he worked hard to get! We finally found a great place with someone we truly trusted. It's back to searching for where Dave went so we can follow.

I recently had an oil change by a young man named Aiden. He was very polite and friendly. The oil change was done in a timely manor, no issues. I would definitely request him the next time I go there.

The staff is always so friendly. They took me the minute I came in, fixed the problem, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I have been going to them for years and hopefully many more. Thank you!
