“EDIT: The GM was a tremendous help!Key did not fit lock, attendant was unable to let us into the storage unit. no manager was on duty during business hours approximately 4:00 p.m., so we made a trip for nothing.”

Even with a room full of people you took the time to help answer all my questions and treated each customer with the same respect. My only complaint would be ( not for me ) that there should be more people there to assist. Dawn was perfectly capable of handling the packed room by herself but should she have to? The people in the waiting room that day were very patient and understanding but I'm sure that's not always the case and is unfair to the one person trying to help that many people. With all that being said, I would use Budget again. It was worth the wait.”
