Always good to visit. They should provide good knowledge about products to their associates. Got hot hair tool and it was useless. Otherwise everything else was good.

Kayla was the nastiest worker I have ever met. She is an awful makeup artist and I should have never in my life trusted somewhere like Ulta to do my makeup. I am a regular customer LOVE purchasing from this store. But the service I got made me look like a clown for my prom. Thank you kayla!

Terrible experience with Kayla “kettle”, spoke horribly about other women’s makeup (which isn’t very professional) She needs to find a new job. After looking her up on an app called tiktok I’ve also seen she does more “content creating” than her actual job. Do better Kayla. Id like to speak to a someone about her too.

Kayla is an excellent employee. Everytime I come in she’s right in the front ready to help and always helps me in all the sections. She applies makeup wonderfully and always is diligent with helping customers around her.

I've been going to this particular Ulta almost weekly and met Kaneez. Not only did she guide in the right direction for the right products for my skin she was super nice..introduced me to the staff in each department to help me with what i needed. I have to say that it's a pleasure being in a store when the representative is knowledgeable about the products instead of blindly pointing you in the wrong direction. THANK YOU again Kaneez, you're awesome!!

I came in today to get my brows done and arrived 15min early because I had to get my son hair done in their salon. I waited at the counter and not once was I greeted by the beauty bar staff. I saw a tech with a client so I patiently waited. Then waited while she cleaned her station and still no acknowledgment. I will never bother to book with the beauty bar again. This is my 3rd time experiencing it and I am a long standing customer with the salon.

Whenever I go here the girl who does makeup Kayla is always standoff-ish and rude. She has trouble talking to people of different races and often treats them as inferior.

Everyone in the store loves terribly slow on purpose. I had a 1 pm appointment. I walked in at my appointment time and the person didn’t see me until 1:30. I watched as she continued to finish an another person. Didn’t even mention or acknowledge my appointment time. I had to bring it up to make sure she was aware I was running out of time. I wasn’t seen until 1:30 and she moved super slow even tho I said I had to go. She seems super new and Not experienced at all. She even took the time to recommend brow products to the woman and book her next appointment which is in 8 weeks. Wow.I told the cashier about my experience, she went to get a manger. I had to wait again for this person to come. When the manager arrived, she said she wasn’t the manager for that dept. So there I was waiting AGAIN. And then another manager came over with an attitude. She came over saying “ I don’t have time for this” super loud while walking over. I explained the situation and asked for something to be done. She kept telling me to give her 2 seconds after I expressed I had to leave instead of doing what needed to be done quickly. She walked away, came back, and at this point it was 43 mins after my appointment time AND one hour and 15 mins of being in the store total! Just to get my eyebrows done! She gave me 10% off and took an extra 10 mins to do so. Instead of being sympathetic and move with a little bit of urgency so I was able to get going, she was just super rude and slow on purpose and spiteful. Rude staff and terrible experience. The women spend way too much time having loud personal convos instead of helping.

Love this location, the male store manager and all his staff. Most helpful, polite and store looks amazing also. Congrats to the stylist who became a master stylist today, balloons and all. What a great vibe in this store. Drive way out of my way to shop here!

ULTA in ShirleyThis place is a “ Joke” they are suppose to intercept packages and scan the QR code, put it on the bag.Instead I had to get a cashier with a bad attitude, rolling her eyes. She goes and gets her boss. Who acted more like a bouncer at the door.I told her, all You have to do is scan and put the label on the bag. The bouncer, is going to tell me that they print their own QR CODE and they put it another bag.I never heard of 2-different QR codes printing, she then tells me if I want to call and tell them they have no bags.My item was in a sealed bag, all the“ bouncer” had to do was scan my QR code and put the label on the bag.Instead, the “ bouncer” tells me“ WELL THEN” like we fighting in the street and their is the door . I will never visit or go to this store, a simple experience. Turned into a “ bad” experience.
