“I recently was in a tough situation where my vet was unable to see my dog Riley for some unexpected bleeding. The last thing I wanted to do was go to an emergency room, so I tried calling Miller Place Animal Hospital to see if they could get me in - as a new patient, without an appointment. Dr. Hirsch and his staff were so accommodating, taking me in same day (on a Saturday no less), and helping to ensure that my dog was seen and cared for right away. It’s not often that I review a doctor’s office, but in this case, it was so well deserved, that I’d be doing them an injustice if I didn’t socialize it!
If you are looking for a new vet for your pet, I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. Hirsch and all the staff at Miller Place Animal Hospital…you won’t regret it!”

“I am happy I found this practice. Dr. Gibbons and Valerie were very knowledgeable and patient. Not to mention, super loving towards my cat and dog. My dog usually poops out of fear at the vet, thankfully he didn't this visit due to feeling safe in Dr. Gibbons care. I loved how homey the office felt. We went home with a ton of goodie bags. “My vet’s office closed in Farmingdale and the vet I was using moved to Paumanok in Patchogue. Not a close ride as I live in Plainview. But it love Dr Kuehn and I figured it was worth a try. I was happy on both visits for each of my cats, even though, my little guy, Bobby Boo is more like a mountain lion rather than a 10lb cat. He hates everyone but he’s not paying the bills. Nice facility. Staff is great. I’m happy. If you live close to Patchogue, give it a try.”

“Once my dog Rosie condition was explained. The doctor had me immediately bring and diagnosed her condition. Forward all information to an emergency medical professional. She had immediate medical attention. Her doctor at Patchogue animal hospital called after the surgery and when I was not able to be contacted. They called my family member to confirm her condition and care. They saved my Rosie girl. Do I need to say anything else!”

“I have been going to Shirley Vet for 25yrs since Dr. Tepper was the owner and then since Dr. Archer had taken over. I have never been guided in the wrong direction and they helped and took care of each one of my dogs over the years. Their staff is kind and knowledgeable and Trish is the best. I highly recommend them.”
