I felt like I was being profiled based on my appearance as soon as I entered the store. Each aisle I walked into an obnoxious announcement was made customer service needed in the aisle, mind you I was the only person. I called over to an employee, I told her exactly how uncomfortable I felt and she mentioned, if she goes down the same aisle the announcement will play. Well guess WHAT…… the announcement wasn’t played.
I've shopped here before, but today I felt like the staff was treating me differently than usual, and I'm not sure why? I called corporate made a complaint, awaiting a call from the District Manager….I’m still waiting patiently for a call and surely an answer as to why this was done to me.

Whatever aisles I walk through
Instantly there is a call for customer service to the same aisle., no other aisles are being monitored.
No one should feel like they're being profiled while shopping.
Not everyone steals!!!
And you never know what position they may hold.

Do not go to this Walgreens went to use a Walgreens gift card and was told they would not take. This was told to me by Monica who said she was the Manger. She was rude and not properly trained she should be fired. No wonder why these stores are losing money by driving customers away.

I stopped here today to use the Fed Ex return for a rug I purchased online. My printer was out of ink at home so I asked the gentleman if he could assist. Within minutes he used the picture on my phone of the return label to print out in the store, affixed it to the package & texted me a receipt. His name is Sewdat & I definitely appreciate his technical abilities and promptness in helping me out & saving time. And the whole time he was courteous & happy to help. Walgreens is lucky to have a valuable employee working for them. And for anyone else who is planning on doing a Fed Ex return, it is easier if the seller includes a QR code with the return label in their email. Mine did not have one.
