Sent in a script for an ADHD medication, they didn't have it in stock so they tried to order it. The manufacture couldn't get it to them. Sure, no problem. Changed my meds. Got the new medication no problem. Go to refill the medication and they refuse it because the doctor is too far away (in the city). I tell them they've filled me meds for me before. They say its because a pharmacist that usually doesn't work this location filled it and they shouldn't have. But they also accepted another script from that same provider in the same controlled substance class?

I don’t know why they have a low rating because their pharmacy is the best! They are always very kind and willing to help especially Joanne and Lisa I highly recommend getting your prescriptions here

My own experience has been poor. Workers are not helpful. Store and Pharmacy doesn't always have what you need. And now that I know your policy with regarding religious exemptions for workers who do not believe in waiting on customers or even pharmacists who don't believe in waiting on customers for their religious beliefs and the store backs this up, I'm BOYCOTTING YOU until you change this. Workers must follow all the rules of a store or get fired. End of story. I will not shop in a store with a ridiculous policy like this. So wake up. You will lose business over this.

My dad scheduled his Covid booster shot a few days ago for today(Sunday) it takes a lot for me to get him in and out of the house/car, we show up and the pharmacy is closed!! How are you a pharmacy and closed on weekends?! I asked the younger kid in the store who was super nice if they were still administering the shots and he said no but the pharmacy was supposed to call and reschedule… Nobody called and no voicemail!!!!! Extremely frustrating!!!!

Never had such a horrible experience every single month with a pharmacy , they are closed all the time due to no one showing up they are closed on weekends so godforbid you need your medication on weekends forget about it , and randomly they just choose to close and leave you stuck with medications that you need sitting in their closed store , will NOT be going to them ever again this store needs to be shut down , horrible

Worst pharmacy in 68 yrs, if it wasn't for my med insurance, I would never go there. Have them open every bag of meds at the counter & check what's in inside, I've got wrong meds and had to argue for hours, they substitute at will and now matter how many times I've told them not to fill a before talking to me, it doesn't matter

They just close whenever they feel like it. I feel bad for anyone who has any time sensitive meds because your out of luck on Saturday and Sunday.

The older woman short with black hair that works here was picking her nose and eating it! I’ve seen her doing this 2 other times! I’m not going back here ever again! Disgusting! On top of it she was touching merchandise!!! Why is she still here!!!! I’ve complained about this before. And I know many other clients have seen it! Yuck!!!!
