I planned on writing a glowing g review on this business. I then started to read reviews already posted and realized there wasn't anything I could say that hasn't been expressed already. I am not a contractor, or home builder. I stumbled across them by accident. I walked in cold hoping to get lucky and they may have two sashes that have had cracked glass for years. Chris went beyond anything I could of expected.If you are in need for windows or doors you are wasting your time going anywhere else.If you want to make sure your are getting what you need to be accurate and aggevaition andcerror free.The Door Jamb is the place to go. I live over an hour away, and for the quality of service and knowledgie can't be replaced.

I won’t go anywhere else! These guys and gals are seriously the best. Everyone is extremely helpful, nice, knowledgeable, and patient. They truly go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I have done 3 house build with them and they always impress me. Love that local, family run businesses like this exist. Do yourself a favor and go with them over the big box stores.

Great place for that odd size. Finally had a need to check it out after driving by for 20+ years - and they had the window. Nice folks. Marked my piece to hold it for a week so I could line up a contractor.

A great place to shop for discount doors and windows. If you're building new or remodeling and can adjust your openings you can score some great deals. The owners are super helpful and a please to deal with.

Customer service here was above and beyond. i dealt with employee named Chris and he helped me with a broken screen door, pick up, sizing new door, new screen, drop back off--all with a pleasant neighborly attitude. Wow.

Exceptional Service and Locally OwnedI cannot say enough good things about the Door Jamb. I ordered my front door, lock and then all my interior doors from them. When my door arrived at the Door Jamb damaged, they were the first ones to give me the heads up and request a new door as well as financial reimbursement from the manufacturer.I would shop here every time. You get top of the line service, support a local business, and their prices are competitive with the big box stores.
