“It is very difficult to draw blood from my veins because they are very small and ways collapse and it usually hurts that was not the case today. They did collapse and it did take three different butterfly pricks and two technicians but yes they were able to draw all of the full times that were needed”

“Very easy to make appointments online or with your phone. If you get there by your appointment, you are usually called right away. I've had very many blood tests and their technicians are excellent finding veins right away and I almost never bruise, which says a lot because I am a blood thinner, and therefore, I bruise very easily.”
“This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my blood drawn. I just walked out of my appointment and I am writing this from my car. My lab technician was Shamika and she was absolutely amazing. She explained that I have vasovagal which is why I get tunnel vision and almost pass out when I get my blood drawn. She not only waited with me until I felt better, but she didn’t rush me, she talked with me, and she got me water AND a Werther’s caramel to help get some sugar in my body. She is fantastic and I will be requesting her from here on out whenever I have my blood drawn. She definitely doesn’t get paid enough for how awesome she is at her job. Thank you Shamika!!!”
