He is courteous, super responsive and always goes above and beyond. Cassandra kicks butt too.. she seems to be there no matter when we call her! “Felt compelled to write this review since we ran out of propane tonight. Luckily after a few phone calls they were able to send a technician 11:30pm. Saved us from a lot of hard ache from our tenants the following morning. The technician was polite, professional and prompt. Taking off 1 star, since in general the propane delivery times takes 2-3 days unless I stress the urgency. They probably need more truck locations for prompt delivery within 1-2 days. Which may be a tactic to enroll in their auto delivery. Other than that there are no other issues.”

“I converted from alternate oil and propane suppliers to Mitchell based on the recommendation of friends and it was one of the best decisions I made in 2023. Their pricing is significantly less than the prior suppliers and the service has been light years better. When installing new propane storage tanks their technicians found a small leak in the line which they traced down to the gas stove connection which must have been leaking for many years. Mitchell’s technicians actually moved a 600 lb Viking stove to fix the leak. Service with a conscious is rare today.”
