There is no facility better than Pure Physique. The trainers are all top notch, the facility is exactly what anyone needs to get a good workout in. Hours are very flexible and accommodating. Would not think of going anywhere else!!!

The trainers at pure physique are truly amazing! They push you to limits you think you’re not capable of. They believe in you before you believe in yourself, which for me was a game changer. They have educated me not only on workouts and proper form of working out but also on the nutrition end of it. They are so incredibly knowledgeable on the science behind it. It’s incredible. Their small group sessions are very motivating and it’s a fun environment. Being a working mom of 2 with a hectic schedule, fitting in that 30 minute workout sessions a few times a week make it manageable. I highly recommend them if you are ready to take the next step to a healthier you!

I love this gym! The intimate facility makes working out with different people an enjoyable experience. The trainers know when to push you beyond your comfort levels to achieve the strength level you need and desire. I made immense progress after two hip replacements with the trainers at this gym. They were sensitive to my condition and helped me improve my balance and stability through their intense weight training.

I've been training at Pure for a couple of months now, and I'm so happy I joined. I just cant say enough about their team/trainers. They are terrific!! I love the small group format. It's a perfect hybrid of a training class, and a personal training session. At first I was skeptical of how effective the 30 minute workout would be. Lets just say I am no longer skeptical! I've never worked so hard at training before now, and I had no idea what I was capable of. I absolutely love the challenge, and look forward to every session.

Great trainers and a great work out concept. I never enjoyed working out and I thought I knew what I was doing till I joined. Trainers are knowledgeable they work you hard but make it fun. I can see myself doing this the rest of my life. Consistency is the key for success. Worth trying for a week or two.

Excellent experience so far ~2 months in. Trainers are knowledgeable and professional. Workouts continue to be difficult, which is a good thing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a structured workout regime.

I trained with Mike years ago, before a back issue shut me down. I grew tired of using the back issue as an excuse to be unhealthy. So, I reached out to Mike and Corrie-Beth to figure out a work-around, the old adapt and overcome!I was put into the capable hands of Heidi and Luke to train 3 times a week, and have completed week 3. Like riding a bicycle! Just takes a little longer now 15 years later. With 2 hiccups because of my issue, not their methods, we pivoted and they have helped me adapt and overcome as planned.Mike also spent time talking about diet (not a diet, bit what you eat) and nutrition. We all know what we should do, i.e. eat healthy, but we don't always have the strength to do it (consistently at least). While there many different opinions as to what constitutes a healthy diet, Mike shared his research and explained it well.Mike and company are proponents of a primal/animal-based diet, high in protein and animal fats and low in carbohydrates. Leaving opinions aside, I will attest that the short-terms returns a rewarding: I get to eat meat and fish, lots of it!; I feel more energetic; I am sleeping better; clothes are fitting better; I am losing fat and gaining muscle; I am losing unhealthy weight; and mentally I am alert and crisp.To be clear, it is not a calorie restriction situation as I am more than satiated and not hungry.So, if you are looking to make changes to your life and to try to be even a little bit healthier, I recommend give the gang at Pure Physique a call.Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day! But it was certainly built!

Mike and Corrie Beth are amazing! I dealt with stomach issues for over 20 years and now I feel fantastic. They are genuine, thorough and super professional. The exercise programming was tough but effective. I lost 17 pounds in 2 months which normally would be too fast for me but I felt great and I was eating 2200-2500 calories so I wasn't hungry. I highly recommend Pure Physique!

Taking time for myself has never been a thing for me. A spontaneous move to jump on a course with Corrie-Beth has proven to be life changing. Excellent Excellent ExcellentI’ve been following Pure Physique for several months now. Mikes videos are very informative and very helpful. He makes it easy to understand some of your bodies most complex processes like hormone imbalance and insulin resistance and how they affect fat storage in the body. Mikes nutritional guidelines are spot on and really work, I’m living proof. And his approach to short but intensive workouts have gotten me more muscular and toned than I have been in decades. If I can do this at 62, YOU can too.
