Considerate and kind workers who are knowledgeable. I've been going here for years. This small business needs your help- please shop here. I'd hate to see this place closed.
As someone going here for years- I've never seen animal abuse nor unkind service to customers here unlike the other reviews. I know the people here.

Keep your animals far from this establishment. I have just seen video footage from this facility treating some of the dogs terribly. The video made my stomach go in knots thinking how someone who loves this dog is brining them to these people daily. What a disgrace. The owners and staff participating in these acts should be ashamed of themselves. If you do t have the patience to work with animals, then don’t!

Every time I go there they have what I am looking for at a reasonable price. I have been bypassing my normal hardware store to just go and get what I need and sometimes at a better price. The best part is they are even open on Sundays so if you have an emergency repair you can get what you need locally.

This store had better prices than I had expected. Everything was at least $2 cheaper for the exact product than Ace Hardware in Walton or Howes in Sidney Center. This is where I have shopped since and they've never let me down.

Rude and nasty. Called about a piece of plexiglass that was cut wrong, was told to come in and bring the receipt. When I got there the guy basically jumped down my throat with that's just how it is and no refunds. So now I'm out $40 for something that doesn't fit and I can't even use. Never again will I get anything there with the attitude that was thrown my way.
