Horrible, went in for a haircut and it looked bad, nothing like the picture that was showed.

My daughter was so anxious and nervous and unsure of how much she wanted cut. The stylist made her feel comfortable and quickly picked up that she needed a little more reassurance! Was a very pleasant experience!
