Usually a very good experience, oddly today this guy wanted nothing to do with ordering the part I needed and when I asked for the information I needed (part number) the piece of paper with that information is probably 1/2" x 3" at best... I watched him tear it from a full sized post it... there was NOTHING else written on that piece of paper... Straight up odd...

The staff there is very friendly,helpful, knowledgeable. They also take very good care of their two cats, koi pond, and their assorted baby chickens and have a wide variety of products for all kinds of animals. The ones that work in the repair shop and part replacement area are also awesome.

Intresting little place with a little bit of everything. Still a nice place went in to buy a weed eater friendly knowledgeable service and took the time to take care of putting on a blade for me.
