“I love this place. This is a small Post Office with limited space and manpower, and so sometimes it gets a little backed up, but the lines usually move quickly, and the employees are always very friendly and attentive. Lori, the worker I see most often, is an absolute treasure. My only critique is that I wish they had a 24-hour self-service kiosk, but this is rural NY, so I'm happy with what we've got.”
“I live in an apartment complex and I had a package arrive today in my mailbox, but I went to check the mail and it wasn’t there. I contacted the post office and was put in touch with Debbie. I explained my situation to her and she said that she would come right over and check out what was going on. I was under the impression that my package was stolen, but eventually realized that it was simply placed in the wrong mailbox. Thanks to Debbie and her amazing above and beyond customer service we were able to locate my package - and my day was saved!!!”
