Propane near Sidney, NY

“‘Citiot in the country’. Yes, that’s me. I ran out of Propane this week (February) between snowstorms at our rental property in Andes, NY. I called Amerigas panicked, we had no heat or hot water, and it was Thursday afternoon. They sent a truck first thing Friday morning. The truck could not get in my drive which was caked in ice. The driver called his boss and we all agreed I would sand the drive and cut back ice to get access. They came back Saturday morning but this time the weather had changed and caused the road leading to my drive to freeze and make it impossible again. The driver left after several attempts and promised to be back Monday or Tuesday the latest! On Sunday, I woke up to the Icey air in the bedroom and heard the truck, I thought I was dreaming. He came back early, and this time managed to fill the tanks. He even helped restart my boiler. An awesome effort by the driver and his boss. They took my emergency over profits. Much appreciated, Bravo driver.”
