Worst pharmacy ever. I will never understand why this company would discontinue the acceptance of Fidelis insurance for scripts in such a small area.

We need our Rite Aid back. Walgreens and the new people working there know nothing. The shelves are sleays empty of everything I go looking for. I wait to go to Walmart. Everything is almost half the cost there.

My wife asked me to pick up her script for ZPak, a prepackaged antibiotic that just requires addition of a label. We checked the app and found that the prescription was to be ready at 1PM. I arrived at the Sidney Walgreens at approximately 2:45 PM. After waiting for the only person in front of me to be helped, I watched at least 6 people behind the counter moving around apparently accomplishing nothing. Two other employees carrying 2 balloons went behind the counter and celebrated something, everyone stood around and laughed while the lady waiting at the counter and me watched without getting the service we came for. After 10 minutes, I finally was asked if I could be helped. When I asked for the prescription that was to have been ready two hours previously, I was told that it wasn't ready and that I would have to wait. It took another five minutes for someone to apply the label and place the prescription in a bag. I will never do business with Walgreens for any reason and suggest that everyone else go to another pharmacy. Walgreens only practices customer disservice.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE !!!! I WANT RITE AID BACK !!!! You call the pharmacy and you are put through to a call center. Who tells me that it will be 90 minutes for prescription to be filled..Then the walgreens store pharmacy never gets any message. You get there and your prescription is not ready and they do not even know anything about it. They make me wait another 1/2 hour for the prescription to be filled. This is ridiculous.!!!!

Since they have switched to Walgreen's there have been long lines and wait times. The last time I was there, there were 7 people behind the counter all crowded around the pharmacist. They also did not have the medication my son needed. I had to contact the doctor to have them send the scrip to another pharmacy. Walgreen's did not cancel the script in their system so I had to call the insurance company to get this resolved only to find out I had to call Walgreen's to get them to cancel the script. I have been sitting on hold for 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Everytime I come here they mess up something with the script. I have never came here and had a good experience with the pharmacy.

Place is an absolute joke since switching to Walgreens. No direct number to the store any more. You get transferred to a 3rd party who provides no help and then transfers you to store who never answers and the call disconnects. You go to the store in person and wait an hour and they aren't able to help. We've been sent in circles between calling them and being on hold for hours and made 3 trips to the pharmacy the last 3 weeks ...just to get our prescription (and still haven't got it!). Infuriating. Absolutely done with this place.
