Its a dice roll if you will get a pharmacist rep who will listen and help or someone who just doesn't care. It understandable that things get delayed but the system not matter what location of wallgreens I use or what doctor I see there is always something once I get to a Walgreens location. The insurance company approved one prescription needed the physicians authorizeation and got it but 5 days later the other one I need is still delayed despite being prescribed at the same time by the same physician. I got one call saying the one was ready and another saying they could not refill my prescription it was too early to refill despite it being the very first prescription and not a refill. When I spoke to the woman in the pharmacy she said no it didn't tell me that it says delayed. Well its a voicemail and I will gladly play it for her when its finally not delayed and pick it up a week after the prescription was submitted. Be nicer to people please not eveyones trying to score extra medication. Please learn better customer service skills. I even apologize for sounding grumpy on my end because its been 5 days now during my call to the pharmacy. Also I only gave my name my date of birth wasn't asked and information was given to me. Not cool or very HIPPA now is it.

We waited over 30 minutes when they said 10 for a perscription abd terrible service very unfriendly people

Very nice staff in the pharmacy. Helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist. There were 3 people in line ahead of me and I still only had to wait for 5 minutes to pickup my prescription. I was a bit concerned from reading the reviews but whatever issues the store used to have, seem to have been resolved.

If prescriptions weren't needed then this store would have no value. Pharmacy employees have a holier than thou attitude and are not very helpful

It's been two years since I wrote a bad review. I think improvements have been made and the pharmacy staff does as well as they can. They are probably short staffed which is not their fault. They are always very friendly and helpful.

The pharmacy staff were very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist was very helpful in answering questions. I appreciate all who work with the public. I have heard horror stories but in my experience with this pharmacy, they were really great.

Walgreens in Sidney continues to fail to implement the basic health and safety recommendations we are all expected to practice right now. They are frequently not masked properly and do not seem to care about the health of their clientele. Very disappointing given this is the only pharmacy in Sidney and they know they are providing a service to at risk individuals. This has been the case for the entire pandemic despite numerous complaints.
