It's been two years since I wrote a bad review. I think improvements have been made and the pharmacy staff does as well as they can. They are probably short staffed which is not their fault. They are always very friendly and helpful.

I’m not sure why Walgreens in Sidney has such poor reviews. The staff in Sidney are really kind and caring and always do what they can to please the customer.

The pharmacy staff were very helpful and friendly. The pharmacist was very helpful in answering questions. I appreciate all who work with the public. I have heard horror stories but in my experience with this pharmacy, they were really great.

Walgreens in Sidney continues to fail to implement the basic health and safety recommendations we are all expected to practice right now. They are frequently not masked properly and do not seem to care about the health of their clientele. Very disappointing given this is the only pharmacy in Sidney and they know they are providing a service to at risk individuals. This has been the case for the entire pandemic despite numerous complaints.

Worst service since changing to Walgreens. Picking up prescriptions is an ordeal. Just had surgery the hospital called in a script for pain meds. Got to the pharmacy they tell me they don't have what the Dr. ordered and they can't order them. They said I had to contact my Dr. and get the meds someplace else. Guess I'm done with Walgreens.

The absolute most frustrating experience of my life. All but one employee at the drive thru is completely incompetent. The women woth the blond curly hair knows what she’s doing. I’ve been working on getting a script for 3 days now. I got three voicemails this morning, one from the doctors office, one from insurance company and one from the actually pharmacy all saying that I’m good to go and that it should be ready. I went in 3 hours later and this women says she waiting on the prior authorization... I said well I got a voicemail that says it’s been authorized. She said oh...ok we’ll have it ready in an hour.... do not go here unless you want to ruin your day.

This is the worst Walgreens ever. There’s always a line. There’s never anyone to answer the phone. They should just close and left Rite Aid come in

Absolutely dreadful experience beginning to end. The employees are very kind, it’s not them. It’s the system you people are using. You need a rehaul. I never had this many problems when it was Rite Aid, and it’s the same employees as before. Please for the love of god examine your process.Sincerely,Every God damn body in the Tri town area.

Quick but incomplete services. I really expected the pharmacist filling my prescriptions to discuss them with me. That's old school pharmacists! Thanks. I have another pharmacist who cares enough to take the time to help them out getting the job done. Thanks again Brian.

I hate to say it but this walgreens is a disaster. Slowest drive thru. The fastest way is to go in and pick up. A select of the Pharmacy Technicians are really quick and thorough. But the bad apples slow the whole process down. I'll have prescriptions called in advance. Only to go get them a few days later, and have half my order missing. Granted a few times it is the insurance, but holy cow. I miss Rite-Aid. The whole switch to walgreens has been a fuster cluck.

Problem after problem with this store. Scripts take a year and a day to be filled. They state medication will be available yet they do not have it in stock. Try to call and get stuck in a loop where the call is not answered. Total incompetence throughout. Avoid if you can.
