I am still having problems getting mail from this post office. My mail keeps ending up missing. Keep them accountable by using the USPS Informed delivery. So you know what mails is arriving and report the lost mail thru there.•Evidence of mail theft or manipulation is a crime.• Theft of mail is a crime especially when they are doing it to steal ones identity.

Kelly, the woman at the front desk is incredibly unkind. Today I stopped by to do a number of things- I hesitated for a second with my requests because I couldn't remember everything I needed and Kelly proceeded to laugh at me shaking her head and this was done in front of other customers. I'm a mother of a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old and I'm also 26 weeks pregnant so in other words I'm absolutely EXHAUSTED and completely run into the ground. Needless to say I walked out of that post office in tears. It's horrendous that she could treat another person that way and think it's okay. She has never been particularly nice to me but I've always ignored the rude behavior. This instance takes the cake and I've had it. It's a shameful way to be.From here on I will be taking my business to the Irving post office. I will be calling the Silver Creek post office to discuss this further with whomever is above her.

There's a female carrier down there that I hear enjoys harassing other employees, stealing and throwing peoples mail out and unable to do her job professionally for years. Maybe someone should call the Postal Police and have an investigation started.

Absolute horrible service which they refuse to address and fix the issues that go on in this office with lack of customer service workers are very rude when you ask simple questions had an issue with mail delivery which the United States Postal Service has three different forms of mail delivery One being to door delivery two being to a mailbox at the curb delivery three being to a centralized point that serves several addresses if Mail cannot be delivered too an address the mail deliver should put a PS form 3849 for the person who is try to receive mail at that address if they cannot receive mail at that address the United States Postal Services is required to hold that person‘s mail at the nearest or local post office and is required to hold that persons mail 10 to 30 days which Silver Creek post office does not hold mail I was told when I was there just two weeks ago to pick up documents that literally got sent out that week and now have to waste multiple hours driving from Dunkirk to West Seneca to Buffalo in order to receive these documents because the post office in Silver Creek does not follow their own company protocols and does not address the issues that they have within their own office or do anything to resolve those issues postmaster doesn’t seem to do anything to resolve these issues still the same issues from three years ago as I read in the comment section A little odd how you should get packages send from UPS and FedEx for a small business to your physical address either if you don’t have a physical mailbox but for some odd reason The United States post office in Silver Creek does not like to deliver mail to physical mailing address but some magical way you can receive UPS and FedEx packages but not United States post office

Have a package that was supposed to be delivered and I have been checking the tracking number. My package has arrived at this post office in the am and has not moved for two days. I didn’t know that post office’s we’re allowed to hold packages that someone is waiting for, for his business.

I did for change of address and I sign for my husband and they we’re trying to tell me that I didn’t fill my husband out they put my son name twice in the computer and blem me on it they need people in there that knows what there doing

Lived in my home for 20 years and never had a problem getting my mail. Now all of a sudden a new carrier is on my route and they can't deliver my mail. PATHETIC. Even decorated my already numbered mailbox by writing my house number on it THREE TIMES. TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR!!!!!

Other posts are spot on. Quality of service is poor and customer service is terrible, both inside and delivery. I feel lucky with my two regular, rotating mail people from Silver Creek. They are terrific.
