I’m from out of state and was in Auburn for a funeral on Jan 17th. I forgot my medicine at home and called to see if they would be able to help. At first they couldn’t because I had no refills left, or the bottle. But then they went above and beyond by calling my doctor’s office themselves (unprompted by me) and I got a call later saying they had my prescription ready. This was so helpful, especially given my circumstances. Thank you so much to the pharmacist and the techs that made that happen and were so kind over the phone. It was filled so quickly too!

I called CVS to speak to a pharmacist and was prompted to leave a message. I didn’t I figured they must be busy so I’ll call back. I called back about an hour later and received the same thing please leave a messsge for the pharmacist, I started to leave a message but then the line was disconnected(I was standing in one spot when leaving a message)so of course I called back pushing buttons to speak with someone in the front of the store, I got someone told them my issue and they transferred me back to the pharmacy - the pharmacy quickly picked up so I started giving them my name, DOB, etc and this person quickly said how did you get straight through- I said I called the front of the store and they transferred me back. Fyi when customers call to speak to a pharmacist they want to speak to a pharmacist not leave a message for them to call back(if they call back) at their leisure! The pharmacy tells me the script will be ready when my husband gets off work I said get thank you - my husband gets a text that says the script is ready earlier in the day when he gets there around 515 they say it’s not ready but give them a few mins, hmmm! We have insurance plus a coupon given by the drug manufacturer but the pharmacy tells my husband oh your insurance is paying so they charged us the copay amount and didn’t apply the coupon that takes about $100 off the script!!! My husband said the employees looked new to him like they didn’t know what they were doing!! All I can say is WOW CVS nice customer service!!!

Update: The pharmacist Kristen is also great, always willing to help & goes above and beyond to make sure patients needs are met.
The pharmacist Sharon was very kind and efficient. She had my dad’s prescription ready in less than 10 minutes. I know pharmacy employees have a tough job and I always appreciate the work they do. Thank you CVS!

I was trying to help my wife pick up a MoneyGram from here. We had already been to another location who stated that my wife's visa was not enough to pick up the order (which it is enough according to MoneyGram), then we come here and the clerk tells us that they can't take out the cash and they won't today, try tomorrow.
My wife is only trying to pick up money for her birthday. Entire afternoon driving around and nothing to show.
People are quick to say no rather than take a moment to see what they can do to help. Sad.
Loss for Skaneateles because we most likely would have stayed and used it in the area.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff I am grateful to have as part of my healthcare team. That it’s a convenient and well stocked pharmacy is a bonus!

Oh my this store needs help. The bathroom is gut wrenching with blood ALL over the seat. The store itself was cluttered and disorganized. All of the checkouts had the closed sign on them, and I had to track down an employee to check me out. Overall a terrible experience I would most definitely avoid stopping here.

Several times in the past year I have gone to pick up my prescription and it is not there. When I asked why the telephone system which calls to tell when your prescription is ready doesn't work, I was told "We have glitches in the system." This has been going on for more than a year. I ask the same question, always get the same answer. No one seems to be interested in fixing the problem. Both the local store and the company CVS have to know this, but they don't seem to care. When I politely asked why my prescription was five days late and still not in the store, I was told that I could wait for the delivery truck, and that I could also "Try another Pharmacy." Believe me, I will be trying another Pharmacy in the future. Very poor customer service. I would give less than one star if I could.

Everything in the store is like 2 to 3 times the price of anywheres else. Carpets look like they havent been washed since they built the place. Place looks like its stuck in the 90s

Staff has always been pleasant friendly to me. Store is always clean and organized. Only issue I have is the mile long register tape.

I went there to buy a few things a few days ago and both registers were closed down. I inquired why both registers were closed down in the middle of the day and the snotty manager pointed to the lone self check out register and said “we have other things to do other than checking people out right now” I was very confused and shocked by what she said. They literally closed down all of the registers and she was doing absolutely nothing!! I will never go there again!!!!
