Very disappointed. Windows were filthy, areas behind furniture were dirty. TV was tiny and hard to use. Shower was smaller than a broom closet. Air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off. Recommend staying away from this place. Much better accommodations in town for equal or less in price.

We ended up staying there for almost two weeks. They are the kindest and most accommodating people anywhere.
The housekeeping is impeccable and the sheets and towels lovely.
The Common Room is great with the fireplace, refrigerators, coffee machine and lovely people to chat with.

The location to Skaneateles village is excellent, less than a 5 minute drive. The Lodge is also located directly across the street from a wonderful restaurant, Rosalie’s which is very convenient for dinner plans. The rooms are small and quite rustic, totally fine for a one night stay but if you were staying any longer you’d find it cramped in my opinion. Overall for the price, I would recommend Finger Lakes Lodging.

Not good! Will NEVER stay again! Rooms advertised as $179. We were charged $350. We were told we can eat dinner at their main lodge (Moreau Inn) & we were turned away & told “you need reservations a day in advance”. We were LOCKED out of the outer entry door by another guest who locked the manual lock. NO OFFICE or staff to help. We had to walk to the main reception at the Mirbeau Inn and receptionist was very rude, arrogant & refused to serve us and told me “can’t you see, we have a wedding going on” and ignored me. WE PAID $350 for a bed for one night and no food, no coffee, nothing. Disgusted.

Food & drinks: Rosalie's is the best Italian restaurant. The food the service the atmosphere you can't beat it.

From a picture standpoint, you will probably want to know why a 3 star rating. The room itself is mostly very attractive - very modern lodge feel to it. The bathroom itself is huge and Mirbeau products are featured. But there are some issues:- there was a dehumidifier in the room and that had to stay running all the time or the room smelled kind of musty- there was a central room in the lodge that you could get coffee at but it was never locked so I was hesitant to go there without my hubby in the morning- while the rooms were clean, whoever is responsible for grounds cleaning outside did not see the green bags of dog poop that were placed by another guest next to a pillar. We stayed two nights and those bags were there when we arrived and I picked them up when we left (and if you were the owner of this dog, the garbage can outside was 5 steps away).

Save your money, bring a tent and find someplace to pitch it - you'll be better off.Rooms too small, bathroom tiny and you'll have to pirouette in the shower stall.

Water took forever to heat up, and then lasted only 10 minutes of our showers. We were expecting there to be a coffee maker and mini fridge, so disappointing. Overall though, the room was clean and really cute decorations. We very much enjoyed the little wood stove.

We came for a late check-in, and the front desk was there 24 hours..The room was so nice there is a pictures you can see by yourself there is a gas chimney in there that very easy to control.. have a TV with couple channels you have radio with a couple channels of music the bed was very comfortable also..You have a spa over there also if you would like that.. 1 thing was missing is coffee but they have on the front desk so it was OKYou have a supermarket It's nearby and very nice town.. thanks ?

Clean. Good location. A little pricey but it is Skaeneatlas. Staff is very professional at Mirbeau properties.
