Excellent service. I called Joe on a Thursday regarding some mold under some kitchen cabinets that I discovered right after moving into our house. He gave a great overview of the potential problems over the phone and was able to come out the following Tuesday to examine in-person. He did a thorough investigation and provided detailed explanations of the issue. He was honest and extremely helpful in analyzing our issue and how to handle it. He did an air quality test which came back in less than 48 hours, and he provided a detailed breakdown of what the report meant. Highly recommend if you want honest, quality work done which is hard to find these days.

Joe was very pleasant to do business with from the get go. He replied quickly to my initial email and we set up a call and a time for him to come over for an inspection. He arrived right on time and got right down to it. He was very professional the entire time and pointed out a lot of things he noticed during the walkthrough. Living in a mobile home, it’s difficult to get a number of professional services done. Joe responded quickly, answered all of our questions, and we were able to set up an appointment within the next few days!We had previously found mold in the floor and outer walls of our kitchen, and were worried there might be mold elsewhere in the house. Our son (3y) was also sick more often than he was healthy, so this was a big reason as well.Joe was very professional and very knowledgeable. He went through the house, took all important history, checked underneath the house (we’re on a slab), and looked all around the house and property. He was able to give us some quick and easy/cheap ideas to help keep water out from under the house, which was our biggest problem. He answered all of our questions and concerns before he left. He also did air sampling before he left since he saw no obvious evidence of mold.A few days later, we had the air quality report from the lab, along with Joe’s interpretation and his own thorough report. He went through all things found that may be affecting water collection and numerous ideas to help from cheap/easily done up to potential more expensive, in depth potential remedies.Overall, extremely satisfied customer here!!

Joe Battisto thoroughly inspected our house and performed air quality tests. He was very helpful explaining what he was looking for and educating me about the process. He sent me the results and told me the air quality was fine . He was willing to do a formal report and charge me but he gave me the option.
