no soap in manual spray bay. took my $10 in quarters only to spray my car with straight up water. Posted phone numbers don't work. Why doesn't the town shut this place down?

Why this car wash is allowed to take people's money is beyond me. Absolutely horrible. Keep your car filthy and don't waste your money. Clearly my boyfriends hot chocolate isn't going anywhere.
