I called the store near closing time to see if anyone could help me with an online order that was being difficult. Ann, a Skaneateles store associate, was wonderful and took care of my order. She was polite and efficient and I appreciated her help!

Nice people but not ONE piece of clothing in the store for plus sizes. They offered to order online but I can do that from home. When will brands like Talbot’s & Chico’s carry sizes IN STORE that we can try on for the 68% of women who are considered plus size in American fashion?

I love Talbots and shop at the Dewitt store. I just returned from the Skaneateles store on 04/19/16 at 5 p.m. and neither of the two store clerks greeted me and my granddaughter. My entire outfit was from Talbots including the socks----------I didn't look rich enough??
