I have a 24 year old F-350 Super Duty diesel pickup, which is, by far the best vehicle I've ever owned. Although I've known the owner for over 30 years, I consistently have had my truck serviced at the local Ford service center. I had 1 mechanic at Ford that knew the 7.3L and always did a good job. Unfortunately, my Ford tech moved to North Carolina and I didn't want to let just anyone work on my truck. Brad, the owner did some work for me in the past, and I knew that he did good work as Wirth's Automotive started out in a barn in the 1980's. Since then, he's relocated to Skaneateles, NY and has outgrown his second building. My truck needed ball joints, shocks, full lube, alignment, inspection and several other procedures. His work was done perfectly and in a timely manner. I was expecting a bill around $4500 to $5000. It was much less than I anticipated which was a nice surprise. From now on, I trust my baby to Wirth's Automotive and I urge everyone in the Central New York and Finger Lakes Region to do the same!

I needed an emergency oil change and even though the shop was busy, they helped by doing the oil change and even refilled my windshield fluid. They have an expert team who cheerfully helped me out with my Promaster Van. Real professionals at this shop!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I dropped my car off at closing time on a Wednesday, with an expectation of getting it back sometime Friday (it was a repair + oil change) due to the schedule, but they had all the work done by lunchtime Thursday. They do great work. All of the employees I interacted with were courteous and professional. Looks like I've found my new go-to automotive repair/maintenance place.

These guys are great. The really saved us today, made time for us even if we didn't have an appointment. As soon as they saw how serious our issue was they made time for us and got us back on the road super quickly. I also got a chance to see how seriously they take their work and the quality job they do! I highly recommend!
