I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW MUCH I APPRECIATE BERTS!MY PARENTS HAD A DENT NEAR THE BUMPER AREA AND MANY SCRATCHES NEAR BOTH DOOR HANDLES…THEIR CAR (HONDA CRV) IS ONLY 4 YRS OLD AND CHARLIE AND HIS TEAM BROUGHT THAT CAR TO LOOKING BRAND NEW AGAIN.I WAS ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED WITH HOW HONEST AND CARING CHARLIE WAS WITH THE WORK AND PRICE THAT WAS NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF THE CAR..WE HAVE BEEN RESIDENTS OF THIS NEIGHBORHOOD FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE GONE TO MANY PLACES IN THE PAST…. Charlie’s estimate was half what the highly recommended body shops in Briarcliff and White Plains quoted. I was skeptical but I liked him and his walkable location so I took a gamble and he repaired my 2019 Subaru passenger door and fender panel for $800 in 2.5 days. No fuss. Looks like new.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Bert's is the best! I have two kids who have dinged and dented their cars over time not to mention the hail storm my car went through. Charlie gave me a great price and did a super job. I always go to Bert's for any body work I need and I highly recommend them!

Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude employees. I had an appointment to get my vehicle inspected for Geico insurance. I came back for my appointment time and the gentleman who inspects for geico was not there. I explained I talked to the gentleman there who was standing right in front of me that I would be back at this time was laughed at. They were not helpful at all. I took my business else where.

I'm selling my Toyota Camry and wanted the buyer to feel like he has a brand new car. The thing was really scratched up and the inside was filthy. Charles, of CJ's auto spa who I think is Bert's son and works in the same shop, did an excellent job. I am not embarrassed about the cars appearance anymore. The buyer is thrilled. Charles was fast and for 200 bucks, made the cars value soar. Thanks!
