They are supposed to be opened from Monday to Friday at 9am. I am here at 9:10am and the door is locked. Can't drop off the package, wasting my time on a business day.

So i went in to deliver a package- i honestly don’t use USPS that much ( more of a ups girl). As soon as I walked in, the person working there Assih ( I believe his name was) was so rude and insulting to me. I was asking him simple questions ( about whether I should tape my package or not) and he gave me such an attitude saying “you didn’t think to tape the package before you got here”. The entire time I was asking him questions, he was rolling his eyes and later screamed at me. I was honestly so shocked by the way I was treated. I already called customer service at USPS and notified them of this issue. No one should be treated like this, I also work in a customer service related field and I would never speak to anyone the way that he spoke to me. I am writing this review so hopefully USPS can be better and hire people with better customer service skills. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Went there to Mail a letter, it was an invitation. The woman told me it would cost $4.70 because the card inside the envelope was considered cardboard. (Standard cardstock inside). I was floored. I have 100 invitations. I went to my local post office and they assured me it costs 87 cents. People in Sleepy Hollow are getting ripped off

Black Woman “in charge” Jackie (Jacqueline) was 5 minutes late to open up, and as soon as she did she started getting loud with me for not saying good morning (She also didn’t). I told her I’m running late which she responded to by saying she doesn’t care what I am going on and on about how she’s in charge and she can do what she wants and I can’t complain about her to anyone. I grabbed my stuff and left

There is only one employee serving people and with each one it takes almost half an hour... Every time I go I have the same thing, I don't know if she doesn't know or it's because the work tires her... they should have another person in case a lot comes people or in case that person is going to take so long with just one person

Neither good nor bad. It's very tiny so can get busy quick. But the staff here is really helpful and know their stuff. It's a post office, so you know, not much else you can ask for.

the customer service was absolutely disgusting. i didn't wear my mask (which i get is my fault) but in my defense i was just dropping a package off, didnt have to pay for it or anything. there was a lady in front of me not wearing a mask, which they politely corrected her but when i came to the front the lady was completely rude and told me "for the future i will not be accepting anything unless you have a mask" but didn't have that same energy for the other customer. they seem to be selective on who they reprimand for masks. they need to learn how to have some home training.
