Would give 0 if I could, no staff at the front for 10+ minutes with a line building, then 20+ minute wait until I gave up and left.

Went there to Mail a letter, it was an invitation. The woman told me it would cost $4.70 because the card inside the envelope was considered cardboard. (Standard cardstock inside). I was floored. I have 100 invitations. I went to my local post office and they assured me it costs 87 cents. People in Sleepy Hollow are getting ripped off

There is only one employee serving people and with each one it takes almost half an hour... Every time I go I have the same thing, I don't know if she doesn't know or it's because the work tires her... they should have another person in case a lot comes people or in case that person is going to take so long with just one person

Neither good nor bad. It's very tiny so can get busy quick. But the staff here is really helpful and know their stuff. It's a post office, so you know, not much else you can ask for.

the customer service was absolutely disgusting. i didn't wear my mask (which i get is my fault) but in my defense i was just dropping a package off, didnt have to pay for it or anything. there was a lady in front of me not wearing a mask, which they politely corrected her but when i came to the front the lady was completely rude and told me "for the future i will not be accepting anything unless you have a mask" but didn't have that same energy for the other customer. they seem to be selective on who they reprimand for masks. they need to learn how to have some home training.

I walked into this facility and the woman behind the counter shouts, "15 minutes!" at me. No polite greeting and no context. I'm starting to wonder if in the USPS onboarding handbook there's a whole section on how to treat customers with as much disrespect as possible.

I've read all the bad reviews and I got skeptical although I went and spoke with the lady about it, she said I don't know about , I am new, she also said " I am here to change that"...well let's hope for the best.

The ladies at the post office are very rude. Usually they try to kick you out before the post office closes. They are constantly texting on their cell phone. These ladies need to take Customer service classes!

I leave in Sleepy Hollow NY so thats where i go. I was there yesterday its my day off. Iam mailing 3 letters and i wanna buy stamps. The lady that was there was the older one. She is very very rude. I cant help but think that lot of people wants her job because not only that she is a federal employee but she get paid more and here she is getting nasty. I was wondering if she has problem at home and is bringing it to work. well i think you cant bring your problems at home to work. its better to call out than ruined someone else's day. Or probably she just dont like working anymore!
