  We met Andy almost 10 years ago when he traveled to Connecticut to oversee some structural issues we we're concerned with for clients of ours. He was so professional, friendly, easy to communicate with & understand, plus he is very fair with his billing. We worked with other architects and engineers in Dutchess County and also in Schoharie County and they did not come close to the positive experience we had hiring A S Bell Engineering, PC. I would highly recommend calling Andy Bell if you need any engineering work!

  I've heard nothing but the best about Andy who serves Albany, Schenectady, Saratoga Springs. He definitely has cost effective engineering solutions for your next project. It's no wonder he's had an "A+" rating with the BBB since 2001. Top quality!!
