Thank you so much to the Slingerlands Price Chopper for having chicken livers!! I probably called/went to 20 stores and butchers over two days and you were the only ones who had them. You’ve made this pregnant lady’s dreams come true... tonight I’m having chicken liver pate with schmaltz, shallots, and celery.
