Grace Roofing was excellent to work with throughout the entire process! They provided a free estimate, made a site visit where they explained the whole roofing system and showed us all the options, and had great communication. They arrived on time, completed our roof in one day, and cleaned up the whole area when they were done. They were always quick to answer our questions and the whole team was very courteous. The site supervisor, Tim, was great to work with and let us know when it was safe to bring our dog outside for a walk. We would definitely recommend Grace Roofing to others for your roofing needs!

Grace Roofing was upfront about all the costs, great at communicating prior to the job anytime I had questions, worked in my timeframe and were a pleasure to work with.I really like that they are a locally owned business and that the owner communicated with me several times and honestly answered specific questions that other roofing sales reps brushed off.Tim was site supervisor and was great to work with. he let me know when it was clear for dogs to take a potty break and checked in to give me a progress report. all the staff were polite, efficient and they cleaned up meticulously!I have zero complaints and a beautiful new roof with the best warranty in the area

Grace Roofing from the estimation meeting right through the installation. They use the best quality shingles at a competitive price. They installed the roof very soon after the first meeting. Everyone was very nice and there no surprises. The best part is they are local here in Delmar/Glenmont

After putting up with occasional leaks in our kitchen after some tougher storms, we ended up hiring Grace Roofing to evaluate and replace part of our roof. We had some issues getting an estimator here - in one case, they did not make the time and were over an hour away, so we needed to re-book. The second evaluator appointment was only about 10 minutes late. The evaluation took 10 minutes, and I received the quote within the next day or two.The office team was quick to work with me on getting paperwork completed and to schedule an appointment to have the work done. Appointments, as of this review, are scheduled for a date on the Friday prior to the week where your job will be done. So, if your job is scheduled for a given week, then they will let you know the date and approximate time of the appointment on the Friday preceding that week.We had some scheduling hiccups mostly because of heat index cancellations (totally understandable) and other jobs coming before ours, pushing the queue back a bit. All of this made sense and they were transparent about this.We finally received an appointment date, roughly a month and a half after the initial call to Grace Roofing, given all the delays mentioned above.The morning of the appointment, they send a photo of the job crew who will be showing up, along with an approximate time. Both of these details were correct. The crew was pleasant to work with, was informative about what needed to be done, and was communicative about any hiccups or questions they had. Approximately 20% of my roof was stripped down and replaced, and this was completed in approximately 5-6 hours.Overall, I would recommend Grace Roofing despite the few hiccups that we had, and I will likely work with them again for any future needs.

The Grace crew was amazing! My house has never looked so good! They installed onyx black shingles with black drip edge and flashing! They completed the entire job in one day! The workers were polite and very efficient! They did a fabulous job cleaning up after they were done! They swept the property with magnets to assure no nails were left behind!Grace also installed a skylight in my kitchen that my wife is thrilled with!I will keep a GRACE sign on my lawn to help this wonderful company advertise their great and affordable services!

Grace Roofing was the best!!! We had 5 other roofers come out and assess our house and give estimates for a tear off and replacement of asphalt shingles. The woman owned Grace Roofing inspected our roof from the attic as well as the exterior and made recommendations that were both logical and economical. When the contract was issued it was completely outlined as what was to be done and which materials were to be used. The crew arrived on time and got to tarping the house to protect the landscaping, A/C condenser and satellite dish immediately. They tore off the old shingles and prepped the deck for new, rapidly and efficiently. We were amazed as to how well the team worked together. The crew did a great job cleaning up the debris, even running a magnetic sweep over the area to pickup any errant nails. Nigel, the lead mechanic/foreman went out of his way to add some custom tin work where we had an issue with birds nesting under our rear deck's roof. The job was excellent, the warranty was the best we had seen and the materials were of the highest quality. Grace Roofing deserves a 10 Star Review! Gwen and Samantha came to check my problem. They were so nice and Gwen knew exactly what it was and how to fix it. She inspected everything and explained everything in simple terms what she found and what needed to be done. When the work began, the crew that came which Tim managed, we’re all kind and hard meticulous workers. They did a beautiful job on my house roof, deck roof and shed roof. They go above and beyond.
