11:45 no hot sandwiches, hot dags not done. This Stewart's is always that way, meatball subs are great but they never have any. Cant order one because they are under staffed.

The Slingerlands shop in the evening (this evening is no exception) has an older woman and a younger guy duo working. Usually, if I see they're working, I walk straight out because they're incredibly rude. Tonight we stayed and it was the same - we simply won't go back there anymore.

I'd like to preface this by saying that I am a loyal Stewart's fan, born and raised in Voorheesville, and always try to get my gas and coffee at my local Stewies. That being said, this location has really gone downhill. I live a mile down the road, and there's a HUGE difference in the quality of their employees over the last year or so. Went in this morning, waited by the coffee until an older female employee finished at the register and walked towards me, when I politely asked if I might be able to get a large cold brew. She rolled her eyes, gestured towards the register, and was visibly behaving annoyed, then said well are you coming over here? So I followed her lead, went over to the register, complied with her prompts to pay first, then she opens the fridge and realizes there isn't even enough cold brew left. Went into the back, rolling her eyes, behaving so unprofessionally, all because I asked for her to pour some coffee? Turns out, they were out, and if she had had an ounce of respect or professionalism when I asked to begin with, this all would've been avoided. This used to be my favorite Stewart's in the area, but honestly the past few months of coming here have really solidified that I am better off driving 5min in either direction and avoiding this one entirely.

I was there at 4:45pm and the only hot food available was chili, meatballs, and two hot dogs in the roller that were in the "still cooking" section. There was only one bun in the bin and a few items in the warmer that looked liked they'd been there since the store opened. I attempted to get service, too bring these deficiencies to an associate's attention. The sole cashier walked away from me as I approached the register without even acknowledging my presence. I left without purchasing anything. One of the worst stores in the entire chain when it comes to ready to eat food. I've been there many times to find the situation described above. I would let it go but for the fact that I consistently find them lacking.

Hey entitled, proudly self proclaimed pro-gun blonde babe working the AM shift today, please explain to me why you think the florida school shooting survivors are faking their ptsd to get out of schoolwork. Please, I'd love to know.

Seems like a newer Stewart's. The parking lot is a decent size as well as the store too. This location has the Stewart's basics - ice cream, coffee, ice, milk, pizza, some prepared food, etc. There are also tables to sit and eat, and the store was clean. Useful location for a Stewart's since there aren't a ton of convenience stores around here.
