Not only did the salesperson know immediately what we needed, she suggested an upgrade to the 3-4 syncro shift keys that I was unaware of. The parts arrived the next morning an were as advertised. I wanted to purchase a car for my daughter walk the entire showroom all sales associates where hanging out not approaching us like we had some kind of disease. I even shouted I was interested in a model that was posted next to a salesperson. The only thing I got was a smile. Very disappointing. They were more concerned on how they look and their free coffee.”

“Went here to have new lower bumper plastic installed after uhaul botched a hitch installation. The guys here had my car in and out the same day once the part arrived, pricing was fair, and they did a phenomenal job. The installation involved a small cutout for the hitch - their work was clean and tight. Made sure the internals were strong and done right. Can't recommend them enough. “I found myself stranded 80 miles from home Friday night during a long drive. I found M&L the next morning where they took me in and repaired my CRV despite being busy with other work. They found more significant problems that needed to be addressed and were still able to fix it even though the work was more involved than originally thought.
