I own my own pain business, so I shop at many of the a-offs locations. Most of the time I get a very stand off ish attitude and it gets a little frustrating. NOT AT THIS LOCATION. Every time I'm there for calling in and order they are always so great. No issues, They don't give me reasons why they can't do something Just overall great service. And I see them helping the DIY customers which is really nice You don't see that in a lot of the locations. I just left and met with the manager assistant manager. Two really good guys. I hope they are recognized

I went to Aboffs this afternoon and was speaking to an employee who took time to help me with my many questions and needs for my basement walls. Nice to use small stores who have knowledge about there products.

We have used this Aboff store for years. We always get excellent and knowledgeable service. Staff are friendly and take time to assist. Store is spotless and well stocked for the occasional painter and the professionals. Great having them in Smithtown!

These guys are solid and super helpful. BM paint is far superior to Sherwin-Williams. I once threw away a full gallon of expensive SW paint after trying to brush it on a sanded smooth front door. That garbage didn't self-level and dried so fast that you couldn't brush it smooth without tearing it. I will never again buy paint from Lowes or Home Depot.

My Wife went to pick up basic ceiling paint, they took advantage of her and sold her the most expensive and overpriced paint they sell after she told them she didn't know about paint.

Great fast and friendly service. Guys behind the counter need a lesson in how to properly cover their mouths and noses with a mask but at least there was a counter to ceiling Plexi shield.
