Especially Thomas, he is always so friendly and has been so helpful and knowledgeable on so many occasions, if I could give ten stars I would do it for him alone. I can't say enough good things about him and the entire staff at this Branch. There is another bank 1 block from business and I choose to stick with four-leaf in Smithtown because of how amazing they are.”

“Came into Citibank to do some banking on a Wednesday afternoon during lunch. I was shocked that there was practically NO WAIT for a live teller! The place was empty. It could be because they are so efficient or that they have few customers. Doesn't matter to me. I was in and out within a few minutes.”
