“My tire was punctured on a random side road, luckily this shop wasn't too far off so I came here and the guy at the front was friendly and straight forward. Got my tire replaced with a donut in the trunk and the guy said that the service was free, what a nice guy, I REALLY wish I tipped more.”

No word comes to mind to describe my experience with IMC today…so here are my top ten, inclusive of 1) real people answering your phone call, because they “want to” 2) felt more welcome in their shop after 30 seconds than 30 years at my mother in laws…3) They had me… hook, line, sinker… and I didn’t care….4) “What I saw is what I got”….some real nice people, who left their stripes at the door 5) if not for Tom and his team, my kids would have been looking at 15 checkmarks ✅ on a diagnostic report as a Christmas gift 6) “what goes around comes around”… mine came today. 7) Trust didn’t need to be earned. It was was sensed 8) They laughed with me, not at me… which others do after your tail lights are out of sight 9) they solved in 15 minutes, what a 5 others others couldn’t solve at all. 10) hoping they will give me a job driving around that one of a kind camouflaged defender of theirs getting word out to those who deserve their service.”
“Had some major work done on my Chevy pickup truck on the front end with the steering and axles. I usually do repairs myself but didn’t have time due to work schedules and James took good care of my truck. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and charged me fairly for the work done. “Bobby is the best around! I botched installing downpipes on my E63s AMG and Bobby fixed everything same day, inside of a couple hours! - (Issues even the Mercedes Dealer can't fix lol).

“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.
