They made me feel confident immediately that i was in the right place. Super informative on the process and what my expectations should be including time frame for repairs etc. Very pleasant to speak with in general and extremely polite. The accident was a sideswipe and smash along the entire drivers side of the car. When i got the car back, the work was so amazing that i honestly wished that they would have just painted the entire car. “I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.
