Bought a hot tub last March 2025. Discovered a leak during a cold snap in Feb 2026. Called Costello's for service. In LESS than 24 hours, service tech was at my home, the problem was addressed and fixed. This was amazingly fast. GREAT service. GREAT products they stand behind. Highly recommend Costello's.

Ken did a great job selling us our spa. He wasn't pushy and answered all of our questions throughly. We look at a variety of spas and bullfrog was by far our favorite.
