While this CVS is quite pleasant, and spacious. My issues w/CVS at a large is there automated answering machines. It takes about 5-10 minutes for me just to get through to someone live. Oh Wait! No! They changed their automated messages again to where you have to LEAVE A message and they'll contact you back in a hour. Forget if you had to speak to them right away! There is no way ! (They do get back to you fairly quickly, but if it was super busy or something.... yeah you won't be able to speak to them unless you drive yourself down there and go in person. I absolutely hate the automated answering system.

Went to the drive through pick up and arrived at 4:45. Plenty of time to get my presciption before they closed at 5. There were 2 other cars in front of me and when I pulled up, they were closed. It was 5:01 and they have a camera to see the line, so they obviously saw me there and closed before I could get my presciption. What if I needed those pills today? I went inside and they were closed as well. Very rude and not proficient. God forbid you stay past your scheduled shift. People these days dont want to work

The Main Street Smithtown store is awful. 2 weeks ago I actually started reading a book at the counter. This was after the guy started helping me he the. started taking meds from a guy at the drive thru for disposal. Today waited at drive through for 20 minutes. The guy In Front of me never got helped in all that time. It won’t be long before this store goes out of business. They keep cutting resources and raising prices to make revenue. This is not a sustainable model.

Nobody is ever at the cash register. I've seen people walk away due to nobody helping, me included. When you walk to try to find someone, you can't find them.

The store manager and pharmacist Chi is always extremely helpful, polite, and goes above and beyond to help every customer. This main is a saint and deserves a raise for all the nonsense he puts up with!

I see all these bad reviews, I've never had a problem at this location. BTW I ONLY USE THIS PHARMACY, actually love this pharmacy. They always are helpful and nice. Either in the drive thru or when I go inside. They always explain any new medication I'm prescribed.

Without fail, there is always an issue whenever I come to pick up my medication. They move slowly and nothing is ever on time, worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Pharmacy sucks they don’t pick up their phone literally called 7x in 1 hour n got hung up on all 7 times. Spoke to the store manager which has nothing to do with the pharmacy n he said he can’t do anything cause they’re really busy. Pick up the freakin phone! Like what if this was a freakin emergency?!! Changing pharmacy as soon as I get my stuff. SMH

I asked a clerk about a product that was listed as “In Stock” on their website. I was told, “The website isn’t always accurate.” The clerk didn’t offer any help locating the product, nor did she offer to take a look in the stock room. A sad excuse for customer service.

ABSOLUTELY HURRIEDNESS!!!! The pharmacist was ABSOLUTELY RUDE to my mother when she came in! The line was ridiculously long, it took her 45 minutes to get her stuff!I do not recommend this place whatsoever!

Young girl with glasses with attitude today 8/28/23 3:20pm . Simply asking questions and she gave an attitude and eye roll. Will not be using. And they were out of stock of my medicine.
