Pharmacy sucks they don’t pick up their phone literally called 7x in 1 hour n got hung up on all 7 times. Spoke to the store manager which has nothing to do with the pharmacy n he said he can’t do anything cause they’re really busy. Pick up the freakin phone! Like what if this was a freakin emergency?!! Changing pharmacy as soon as I get my stuff. SMH

I asked a clerk about a product that was listed as “In Stock” on their website. I was told, “The website isn’t always accurate.” The clerk didn’t offer any help locating the product, nor did she offer to take a look in the stock room. A sad excuse for customer service.

ABSOLUTELY HURRIEDNESS!!!! The pharmacist was ABSOLUTELY RUDE to my mother when she came in! The line was ridiculously long, it took her 45 minutes to get her stuff!I do not recommend this place whatsoever!

Second time now I didn't get enough medication in my family's prescription. Mistakes happen, I get it. I just called to see if I can get the missing medication, and whoever answered the phone was incredibly rude. He was insinuating that I double dosed my child. I said no I'm a NP, I'm pretty good with that stuff, to which his response was "well the pharmacists are pretty good with that stuff too. There's no way that would happen with the machine we use." So incredibly rude. Literally just want my child's last dose of medication. I'm not asking for narcotics. Please retrain your staff on customer service. It goes a long way

Absolutely horrendous wait times at the pharmacy. Line of people waiting runs through the entire store and employees are very slow and disorganized.

I am not sure what happend when other people visited this location but being a life time customer I had a good experience. Always get greeted by each employee and they asked me how they could help. I even remembered Diana the Pharmacist who made sure I got my medicine correctly and the technician who checked me out who made sure all of my information was correct. Although I should give 3 stars since I always have to repeat my name so I just decide to hand them my ID to make things easier for open ears.Corporate should look into an All ID policy where you hand the tech your ID and then they scan it and it shows all your information and you don't have to share and shout your name all the time. It would save lots of hassle and issues down the road. I hope Corporate is checking these reviews. Smh Ugh :(

this store could be great...i think they need more staff because the wait times are just crazy and inventory is super low. there's one cashier who is super helpful though.

I felt compelled to leave a review finally after my ordeal today. I am on thyroid medication, doctor called it in yesterday evening. I waited to go until the following afternoon to be told they won’t have the medication AT ALL until tomorrow night, not even enough for a sample. This was after waiting on line for 30 min. I asked if they could transfer it to another cvs and they could not, as all the ones nearby and in Nassau were either out of or extremely low on the medication. It is entirely UNACCEPTABLE for a pharmacy to be out of a medication for 24+ hours and offer no other options. People can experience complications without their meds. They’ve shorted me on medication for a month (out of a 3 month heart med script) and didn’t do anything about it, I had to pay out of pocket. The wait times are always tremendous no matter what time you go, the call waits take forever, and there’s never anyone at the regular cash register to check you out.
