The staff here are great. They always go the extra mile with my scripts or my daughters. However twice know I have been stuck on the outside line prior to closing and then when you get to the window they are closed. Its the managements job to notify and Cleary mark the hours of the drive through. I never would have waited in my car had I had seen they were closing soon.

The people at the pharmacy are extremely arrogant. If you don't like your job please don't work there. I think they should be kind and not mistreat customers.

CVS in Smithtown on Terry Road is amazing !!!
Once you come into the store you’re are belting welcomed and greeted by the person at the register !!!

Chelsea is the worst unprofessional unknowledgeable pharmacist ever! Had never experienced such a thing in a pharmacy in my life. The lack of knowledge and professionalism from this person threw me, is ridiculous!

CVS Pharmacy on Terry Road in Smithtown is fabulous. The staff there is excellent. They always go above and beyond. They run that place like a tight ship. Jake is amazing along with the others. I feel like I’m going to a mom & pop pharmacy.

The pharmacist-Mr. Manjot Singh who first identified himself by the name "Bruce" is one of the most incompetent pharmacist/people you will ever professionally encounter! I was on the phone for approximately an hour while he blatantly lied and made statements that deviated from the truth. I was left without medication for days. Horrible service! I was given inaccurate information about prescription medication that was not filled correctly. Customers had to wait in long lines while Mr. Manjot Singh (Bruce) Was on his phone! Horrible service!

Disgusting. Went there for some vaccinations and was seated in a filthy area littered with used alcohol wipes, band aid wrappers, empty band aid boxes and other assorted garbage on the floor. It looked like a crazed raccoon had visited. Plus a lidless hazmat disposal container was set right next to the chair designated for patrons. It was full of used needles. The pharmacist dropped an unsheathed band aid on the dirty carpet and then attempted to put it on me after administering the injection. I told him not to, got up, and left without a bandage. Will never set foot in here again, and will avoid all CVS stores when possible.

I have been using CVS as a pharmacy for well over 15 years. After recently moving I began using the 111 Terry Road location in Smithtown. Hands down, the best pharmacy staff I've ever experienced. They are kind, helpful and will go above and beyond to help you when it comes to sorting out any pharmacy issue. On top of this, they have the best personalities and ALWAYS greet you with a smile. While not necessary, it doesn't hurt that they all have great senses of humor and clearly enjoy working together.
