  The pharmacist-Mr. Manjot Singh who first identified himself by the name "Bruce" is one of the most incompetent pharmacist/people you will ever professionally encounter! I was on the phone for approximately an hour while he blatantly lied and made statements that deviated from the truth. I was left without medication for days. Horrible service! I was given inaccurate information about prescription medication that was not filled correctly. Customers had to wait in long lines while Mr. Manjot Singh (Bruce) Was on his phone! Horrible service!

  Disgusting. Went there for some vaccinations and was seated in a filthy area littered with used alcohol wipes, band aid wrappers, empty band aid boxes and other assorted garbage on the floor. It looked like a crazed raccoon had visited. Plus a lidless hazmat disposal container was set right next to the chair designated for patrons. It was full of used needles. The pharmacist dropped an unsheathed band aid on the dirty carpet and then attempted to put it on me after administering the injection. I told him not to, got up, and left without a bandage. Will never set foot in here again, and will avoid all CVS stores when possible.

  I have been using CVS as a pharmacy for well over 15 years. After recently moving I began using the 111 Terry Road location in Smithtown. Hands down, the best pharmacy staff I've ever experienced. They are kind, helpful and will go above and beyond to help you when it comes to sorting out any pharmacy issue. On top of this, they have the best personalities and ALWAYS greet you with a smile. While not necessary, it doesn't hurt that they all have great senses of humor and clearly enjoy working together.

  Zero stars - as per the pharmacy, “there’s a national shortage” - call your son’s pediatrician to change his whole prescription because “no pharmacy on LI has this medicine.” Meanwhile, two minutes down the road, at Walgreen’s on Smithtown Bypass, it’s fully stocked with Amoxicillin (bubble gum flavor!). You’ll get it in 10 minutes or less. I will not even address the customer experience or the names of all involved because they did not have name tags. Which, I may add, is a regulatory violation. Save yourself, family, and loved one the hassle/grief and go to Walgreen’s. CVS Corporate, if you really care about your reputation, please hire appropriate and professional staff.

  The pharmacists and cashiers at the pharmacy talk such sh*t behind customers back it's unbelievable! I was sitting quietly waiting for my prescription to be done and was hearing the non stop negative talking when they think the customers aren't listening‍They're very speedy with processing prescriptions, I'll give them that.

  Awesome CVS very friendly workers.CVS takes way more INS. Then Walgreens we’ll stocked location store is very clean neat and easy to find everything.

  Went to CVS for a vaccination. The pharmacy rep who administered the vaccination was excellent. Did not even know that she stuck me. She was pleasant and informative and truly a delight

  The store manager is one of the rudest people I had to deal with. This is not the first or even eighth time but it’s the first time I am complaining. She needs to either be fired or retrained on how to deal with people. Pathetic!

  Extremely helpful and professional staff . Never had a bad experience at this location . The Pharmacist / manager is very friendly and is knowledgeable about my prescriptions. Always respond politely to all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend this location to all.

  I have been using the CVS on Terry Rd. In Smithtown for years. The pharmacy staff is top notch! They are very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Casey, the pharmacist, will be missed greatly as she was always there for me and championed for me with Worker’s Comp/NYSIF whenever there was a problem (there were MANY!). The supporting staff is amazing as well and I feel like I’m part of one big family when I go to the pharmacy. Thank you to Chelsea, Jake, Sean, Autumn, Ashley, Colleen (hope I didn’t miss anyone) for always being helpful, kind, and going above and beyond time and time again!

  Worst CVS in town. They have no clue what they’re doing especially with the printing service. I had to print some documents and they printed it on photo pages whereas the order clearly showed standard paper. How can someone so incompetent run a store like this ?

  Had an awful customer service experience with Sandra, the manager of this CVS. When using a coupon, she claimed it had been used. The coupon was just received that day in the mail. She refused to honor a valid coupon and was downright nasty to both myself and my mom. No way she should be interacting with customers. I will not use this CVS again.

  I love CVS. Because the usual store I go to was closed I went to this one. I was very upset. I've noticed many items are priced more than what I usually see at the usual store I go to.
