My two children have been attending Everbrook academy for almost a year now. A lot has changed since they started. The school is under new management and my husband and I couldn't be happier. Both my children are thriving and come home excited everyday. My daughter is doing so well and is very fond of her teacher Ms. Melissa. She is the preschool teacher and goes above and beyond to make my daughters time at Everbrook special. My son at not even two years old knows all of his colors, shapes, numbers 1-10, and all of the letters of the alphabet. What else can I ask for. They are happy, having fun, and most importantly safe. The director Rachelle is incredible and is always there if you having questions or need assistance. It's sad to see that there are negative reviews when this school deserves five stars. Thank you to all the teachers at Everbrook you are all amazing.

My 2 and 3 year old daughters went here for about 2 months. And we loved it here, the teachers are so nice, and they keep you updated with everything. You have an app on your phone that has access to everything your child is doing, even access to the cameras. Rochelle is the director of this location and she’s extremely efficient, and just well rounded educator. My daughters loved their teachers like Miss. Ashley! If we hadn’t moved they would still be going here. Enroll your kids now!

As a parent, my children's safety, happiness, and overall development are my utmost priorities. Unfortunately, our experience with Everbrook Academy of Smithtown/Nesconset Daycare Center has not been up to the mark.First and foremost, while we appreciate the friendliness of the teachers, we often find that our child's designated teacher is not present during drop-off or pick-up times. Surprisingly, we frequently encounter the chef tending to the classroom. An occasional appearance by the chef might be understandable, but this has become an everyday occurrence. This leads us to believe that the daycare center is significantly understaffed and not operating as efficiently as it should be.Upon picking up our child, we've often discovered that the diaper was extremely heavy, indicating it hadn't been changed for an extended period of time. In one particular instance, it was evident that a soiled diaper had been left unattended for hours. In addition to this, the center has failed to communicate effectively about health concerns. They have not been alerting parents when other children contract potentially contagious viruses. This lack of transparency and attention to basic childcare responsibilities is troubling. The center has many violations. While I appreciate the challenges involved in managing a daycare, I firmly believe that the quality of service provided by Everbrook Academy Daycare Center needs significant improvement. I hope they take the necessary steps to rectify these issues for the betterment of the children under their care.

My daughter has been attending Everbrook for the last 10 months. They are the best at what they do, my daughter's vocabulary has improved immensely, as well as her social skills, motor skills, and ect. She loves attending everyday to be with her new friends. I highly recommend Everbrook they are a kind and loving facility!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. When I signed up my daughter, I was so excited with all the “learning” she would be doing there. While the facility is beautiful, there are too many problems. First and foremost, they are in danger of having their license revoked due to understaffing and safety issues with ratio. The school has gotten numerous complaints and now cps is involved. Not only that, but my daughter has been bitten too many times to count. The staff also lied about it and tried to cover up a serious biter in her class (this child should clearly be excused from the school). The children also don’t really learn. This is advertised as a learning school but it’s really just a play facility. I have pulled her out for her safety.

My husband and I are very impressed with Everbrook! Our son (3) has improved in vocabulary and behavioral skills immensely since he’s started. Covid created a gap in his development and I truly feel that Everbrook is quickly closing it. The staff are all very nice and communicative with regard to my son and his needs. Thank you Everbrook!

Our son has been attending this daycare for several months now. He is happy, always learning and trying new foods. The school is constantly introducing new toys and activities. I have been so impressed and couldn’t be happier with our switch to Everbrook!

Shame on this school. Our son attended Everbrook from the day they opened up until last week. Overfilling classrooms, under staffing, not reporting bites and incidents. CPS and The NYS Department of Children and Family Services in now involved. DO NOT send your kids here.

Google buries the one star reviews. I hope you read them. This facility is pending revocation. In the one year we have had our child we have received 2 CPS letters of investigation. Please do not send your child here. My son has somehow returned to being calm and sleeping through the night ever since we took him out.

This place is home to all the worst possible problems. Coverups. High turnover. Teenagers as managers. CPS and Department of Children and Family Services is investigating all the violations. I took my child out. Go to NY state OCFS and see for yourselves. They are pending revocation.

This is the third time I'm trying to put this review up. Do not send your kids here. The staff is young and unexperienced. Classrooms are overly populated with kettle attention to your kid. My child was bit 3 times. We took them out this week.

Sent our son here since they opened last year. Has completely changed. Understaffed and over populated classrooms, safety incidents and biting not being reported. CPS and the department of Children and Family services in now involved. I would not recommend sending your children here!

Do not send your kids here, their license is pending revocation for a reason. They do not follow teacher/student ratio. Our son has been bitten 6 times in the last few months and never in the room with the cameras. The last straw was no call or notice we had to find a huge bite mark on his back. The door constantly does not work and no one is at the front to let you in. They never answer the phones or the direct messages through the app. The individual teachers are great with the kids but again the teachers dont last long at the school. You have been warned

We have absolutely loved having our son at Everbrook! The staff is so friendly, the communication is amazing and our son leaves extremely happy every day! I read another review that mentioned that the class closed due to a Covid case (just as the CDC has mandated) and that they were charged full price during the closing. That's not true; not for us at least. We were all given a 50% discount. I highly recommend Everbrook!
