Love this gym! The place and equipment are clean and well maintained! The front desk is welcoming and friendly and the overall atmosphere is awesome!

Great convenience for me , I live about 2 miles from Golds. Been a member since the 80’s. Seems clean and the clientele is well rounded. I like it more than the other gym in Smithtown who seems to have issues with broken machines and cleaning . Golds takes care of the equipment, never had any issues .
